Unity Wellness uses the latest virtual visit software from Zoom Healthcare. After you have requested a session you will recieve a calendar request to your email with a link to your virtual visit. Make sure to add this to your calendar or save the email for when your appointment time comes.
Remember that your session fee should be paid before your session time.
When you click on the zoom meeting link you will be taken to the virtual waiting room. Once your provider is ready to see you they will admit you to the room. Please allow your provider some time to ‘lock’ the room to assure that your session is private.
