Serving clients across Ontario virtually, I specialize in various therapeutic modalities, blending somatic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy with a specialized focus on addressing stress, burnout, anxiety, disordered eating, and trauma. Dr. Tare Matiza is a physician licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. He practices in both family medicine and psychotherapy.
